We do supply foreign workers to Marine,Construction and Renovation companies. Mostly they are from the NTS approved countries. We will assist in all documentation and leg work.

Apart from that, we do Cleaning Services cater for Office/Building/Spring Cleaning as well.

Difference between "Transfer" & "New" Maids

Transfer Maids

Transfer maids are already in Singapore. They are working for another employer however they do not suit the current employer requirements or such may have communication breakdown. Some may suits Malay/Indian employer for those with low English proficiency. In addition some of their placement fees can be higher due to the add ons some might not. Depending on the current situation, we do not keep maids who steal or abuse child. We only keep maids with positive attitudes and will transfer them to a suitable employers that match the requirements.

New Maids 

New maids is defined due to maids still in their home town. They are not allowed to be in Singapore until a employer selects them and process proper documentation. Employers may choose to have a tele-conversation in order to clarify certain information such as their family background and marital status. This is to see if its tally with the biodata given.

Experience Maid

They are defined as the above. Reason being of their past work experience in Singapore,Hong Kong,Taiwan,Saudi and many more. Thus salary can be more than expected depends on the selection of biodata.

We have more than 8 years of experience in this industry. Being long in this trade, we are able to recommend employers on the maids that will suits them however we are not able to guaranteed their personal attitudes,behaviour and character. We recommend based on our face to face interview during our time we visit individual training centres, still we are not able to determine the perfection of the maids.
